Servers
Servers are collaborative workspaces where teams can organize and share their work.
Creating a Server
- Go to the docs page
- Click Create → Server
- Enter a name and optional description
- Customize with a profile image (optional)
Inviting Members
- Right-click on your server icon
- Select Invite Members
- Copy the invite link
- Share with your team
Anyone with the link can join your server and access shared files.
Managing Files
Moving Files to a Server
- Right-click on any personal file
- Select Move to Server
- Choose the destination server
Moving Files to Personal
- Right-click on a server file
- Select Move to Personal
Server Settings
Right-click on a server to access:
- Settings - Edit name, description, image
- Invite Members - Get the invite link
- Leave/Delete - Exit or remove the server
Server Roles
- Owner - Full control, can delete server
- Member - Can view and edit server files
Use Cases
- Team projects - Shared workspace for project documents
- Departments - Organize by team (Marketing, Engineering, etc.)
- Clients - Separate workspaces for different clients
- Classes - Educational spaces for students and teachers
