How Credits Work
Your subscription value equals your monthly AI credits. For example:
- $10/month subscription = $10 in AI credits
- Team of 20 on $10/month plan = $200 in AI credits ($10 × 20 members)
Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. We top up your balance to your subscription value. Credits don't accumulate month to month, but you always start fresh with your full allocation.

- 1 token ≈ 4 characters in English
- 1,000 tokens ≈ 750 words
- A typical document page uses ~500-800 tokens

What happens if I run out?
You can continue using Mila, but AI features will be paused until you add more credits or your next billing cycle.

Yes, cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
